Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window
Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original saleable condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Free of any scents, stains, or pet hair.
  • Tags must be attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, any item returned without its original tags intact will be considered Final Sale and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at customerservice@babyfull.ca  to allow us to take care of that for you.

Please include your order number, a brief description, and/or photo(s) and video(s) of the issue.

  • We are committed to resolving these issues through a replacement, repair, or full refund as quickly as possible.

Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Please allow 5–7 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to appear on your original method of payment.

Shipping Fees
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
